While I may not have the technical know-how that Accenture seeks in its recruits, I learn new material very quickly.

Don't fall into this trap. Do the best job you can of describing your experience, and let the employer judge for himself or herself. You may just find that your new-grad enthusiasm and refreshing way of expressing yourself make up for any lack of experience.
