nickname, provide that name in quotes or parentheses between your
first name and last name: Karen "Kasey" Clark.
If your name is hard to pronounce, provide a phonetic pronunciation:
Sandhya (pronounced Sun-thee-a) Aggarwaal.
List any professional credentials (M.D., CPA, Ph.D.) that are
integral to the job.
