Developing a clear career goal around your interests and passion

One of the weaknesses that many job-seekers possess is not having a clear career goal. Without such a goal, job-seekers typically have weak resumes, apply for all sorts of jobs, and become frustrated when they have no success.

So, before you even think of applying for any job, take the time to identify a clear career goal (and ideally make a five-year career plan).
