65-100: Danger Zone. Find a way to get out now! You have
serious job burnout, and it appears that you are already suffering from
the physical and mental consequences it produces. Find a new job (or
some other solution) as quickly as you possibly can.
35-64: Warning Zone. You have are having some of the classic
signs of job burnout, and if you do not take steps to evaluate and change
your situation, you could face serious mental and physical challenges ahead.
You need to make some changes soon.
Under 35: Healthy Zone. You appear to not have any problems
with your job or employer, but there may a few issues you need to watch.
You may want to examine your current situation and make some minor
adjustments, but otherwise you appear to be doing well.
