A company recently approached me in my occupational field to
interview for a position with them. I wasn't really interested in
changing jobs, but I went through the process to get a feel for what
my worth in the job market was. I found out in the process how ill
prepared I was for many of the steps that one would take when
looking for a job. Had I known of today's FamSite, it would have
made life easier.
It is called Quintessential Careers, an online site that provides
information to anyone who is seeking a job in just about any field.
Everything from writing resumes, salary negotiations, cover letters,
and interview techniques are covered. There is a section on job
career sites broken down in many categories such as type of job,
location, industry, etc. In short, if you are looking to make an

you.
Bookmark this site, as you may need it some day. Be sure to pass it
on to a friend or fellow employee who may be thinking about a career
move. It is a sure-fire winner to help someone.
