Quintessential Careers:
Adopt-a-Highway Roadside Litter Control Participation and Commitment
Quintessential Careers is an environmental-friendly company.
As part of our Environmental Pledge, we clean the litter and trash from a 2-mile stretch of Washington State Highway 20 in Ferry County -- a national scenic byway -- about 3-4 times a year.
Any company or organization can approach local, county, or state offices of the department of transportation to learn more about volunteering to remove the trash and litter from our highways and roadsides. While we can't stop people from littering, we can do our part to improve the environment.
For Washington state organizations, go to the WSDOT - Adopt-a-Highway.
