Panel interview
In a panel interview, more than one person interviews you. The interview panel often sits around a table with you at the head. Make eye contact mostly with questioner, but also scan other interviewers. And certainly do not ignore any of the members of the panel.
After the interview, be sure and send thank-you notes to all the members of the panel.
